Instagram is linked via your Facebook account. 

To add an existing Instagram account to your Facebook Page:

  1. Go to your Facebook Page.
  2. Click Settings in the top-right of your Page.
  3. Click Instagram Ads.
  4. To add an existing Instagram account to your Page, click Add an Account.
  5. Enter your Instagram account's Username and Password, and click Confirm.

To post your Boma campaign to Instagram, make sure you first have your Instagram and Facebook accounts linked to Boma under Social Media in Settings.

Once you've done this, create a campaign from the Dashboard.

Please note that Instagram only allows organic posts from a cell phone.

In Campaign Setup, right down the bottom of the page is "Do you want to run paid ads?" The first option is Facebook/Instagram. Click the toggle to yes, and press Save and Continue.

Next you will need to define your audience, set the start and end dates and set the budget. Click on the Define Audience button to do so.

Click either Facebook Ad or Instagram Ad (or both), and define your audience. That means selecting the location you want to target, the age range, interests and gender (if applicable).

Look for the Your Budget header.  Here you can set the time range for the advert, and the daily spend. Please note the minimum spend is USD $5.10 per day.

Once you're happy with your settings, click on Save. The Define Audience segment will close. You will be able to click Save and Continue to finalise your campaign settings.

You can edit any settings up until the Confirmation page. When you are ready to post the campaign, click Deliver Campaign to send immediately, or Schedule to schedule.
