How do I connect BOMA to my social media channels?

Connecting BOMA to Facebook, LinkedIn, X [Twitter]

To connect your social channels to BOMA click on Settings in the top menu bar, and then select Social Media in the side panel options on the left.

Select the social channel you want to connect with, currently we support Facebook (and Instagram linked to your Facebook account), LinkedIn Business and Personal and Twitter.

 

Click on the Connect button and ensure you are either logged into the social channel on your browser or have the login credentials (email & password), then follow the instructions below.

Facebook and LinkedIn (Business and Personal) - To connect to these channels you must have a business or company page that you have admin rights for. Once authenticated you will be sent back to BOMA and a drop down menu will appear on the settings page so you can select the business page you wish to connect to BOMA. You are required to refresh your connection with LinkedIn every year as the API only allows the connection to span over a year, before it needs to be refreshed.

Instagram - To connect your Instagram business account to BOMA, you will need to link your Facebook business page with your Instagram business page. You can find out more about this connection by clicking here.

X [Twitter] - Ensure you are logged into the correct X [Twitter] account you wish to connect BOMA with on your browser. Then click Connect and authorise the connection.
