How to use the Content Assist feature in BOMA to customise an article from the BOMA content library use in an email or blog post.
First, you will need to select an article from the content library and then click Send in a Campaign button and select Email.
Once you have opened the Email editor click into the paragraph block that you want to customise and then click on the Write with AI button that appears in the right hand menu.
Now click into the What would you like to write about field and then input the required prompt. You’ll see prompt options like ‘Make it [tone] without changing the format’ or ‘Use Active Voice’ etc.
You can also ask it to summarise the content or add additional content etc. Another option is to ask Content Assist to write an introductory paragraph targeted at a client group you have of at least 150 words etc.

If you don't like the suggested content you can either ask Content Assist to try again by clicking on the Regenerate button or try again using a differently worded prompt.
Once you have settled on the content that you want added to the email you can either click the Apply button and it will replace the paragraph content with the new Content Assist copy or you can copy and paste the content and add it into the email in the desired place.
