Your data is safe and secure when using Content Assist, we use OpenAI for our generative AI via their API. They do not use API data for training models, i.e. they do not use any requests from your BOMA account for training or improving their AI models. So any queries, or content you put into BOMA for rewriting or summarisation can not then be used by OpenAI for any purpose.
They are also GDPR, CCPA compliant, and their API is evaluated and tested by third-party security auditors to be safe and secure and is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant. They encrypt your data while in transit using TLS 1.2+.
