What is the Recent Activity?
Recent activity on a contact card refers to the interaction that contact has had with you, in regards to email campaigns and lead forms. This data allows you to view the exact time and day that a specific activity had occurred on that specific contacts email.
Some activity will display links that have been clicked and opened. This is great because it allows you to see what content the contact has been interacting with, and will further help you tailor specific content for the contact.
